The price of memory is probably going to stay up due to the shortage of manufacturing facilities. A huge amount of manufacturing got moved to more expensive facilities a couple of years ago and it might take quite a while for the price to go down again.

This looks good. I would go with a bigger SSD because in my experience they fill up quick, even if you plan to only use it for the OS. If you want to save a bit of money you can jump down to a 4690k without much of a performance hit.
