  1. Yeah, I also found it odd a notebook with chipset ivy bridge using sandy bridge processor. On the eGPU, but I'm running it on PE4C v2.0 on x16 and X1 bus. Performance is much good, taking into account the notebook (Intel Core i5 2450m) with a GTX 580. But it is getting very obsolete and I intend to get a new GPU. So I want to have some assurance of compatibility of the CPU i7 I quoted.
  2. Hello Nando, I have a problem with SETUP. I'm using Windows 10 x64 now as my primary OS, but I'm running into a problem in finalizing the SETUP. When I try to mount the image in the setup-disk-image it is giving the following error: You could tell me what is the problem? I've tried unmount the image and redo the process, but the error persists. Hugs!
  3. Hello everyone!? I'm coming here to take some questions on my notebook. The thing is, it's been a long time I'm trying to do an upgrade on my notebook and upgrade consists of the processor change. I've been researching and realized that my notebook (Acer E1 571 6404) has compatibility with the Intel Core i7 2630QM processor that is a good processor, but gave a searched and managed to find a Core i7 2670QM (the notebook's motherboard chipset is M77 ) I saw that she also supports Ivy Bridge processors, but I do not have confirmation on that. My question is, my notebook supports any of these processors (i7 2630QM x i7 2670QM)? For want to upgrade my notebook because I run it eGPU and future plan to change graphics card, probably the new 400 series AMD Radeon. guys hugs! PS: If this is not the correct area to this topic Sorry!
  4. Hello Nando! Well, I would like to know how to do to save the settings in the SETUP to not be doing the same procedure every time you restart Windows. Hugs!
  5. I would like to know how do I find out if my notebook is in the whitelist? Because I have a PE4C V 2.1 and it connects normally with eGPU. The problem is that I can't run games using the laptop's monitor eGPU. Hugs!
  6. Nando need your help mate! I bought the PE4C V 2.1 on Bplus, had a problem that was on the red LED, but I got it and it was the power cord that was damaged (on the inside). Did you install normally eGPU detected the GPU and installed the drivers correctly. However in the games says that the GPU is with 0% of use. I'm not using an external monitor. Am I required to use an external monitor? In Device Manager it's OK without any error. Grateful for the attention!
  7. Peoples I have a problem, please help! My eGPU is a PE4C V 2.1, the first time I hooked it in the notebook he worked normally, but after turning it off and back on again it does not boot! The red LED stays on instead of green. What is it???? Thanks.

  10. Hello guys? I'm here to inform you that I am already preparing my eGPU and the items have already been purchased, the PSU is already with me, just missing the eGPU plate. When she gets home I'm doing unboxing and showing the images of her here on the Forum. Hugs! - - - Updated - - - Hardware - Asus Zenbook Infinity (UX301LA) - Intel Lynx Point-LP - Intel Core i7-4558U BR, Kristoffer Yes mate, if I'm not mistaken this is the input PCIe, however you will have to buy a usb wifi adapter to use the internet (if you use wifi), once the eGPU is being used in this slot. Hugs!
  11. Hello everybody? I'm here because I'm thinking of putting together a eGPU for my notebook. I would like your help before I start buying the products. Well, I have some questions before mounting my eGPU and are these: I own the Acer Notebook Aspire E1-571-6404 which by the way is an excellent notebook when released in his time, I know he has an input PCIe 1.0 where is connected the WLAN, but that's not the problem but rather the choice of eGPU. I'm thinking about getting a PE4C V 2.1 because it already comes with a supporter to the GPU (and be cheaper too, the money is tight hehe). I would like to know what you think of this Board and we will serve well in my notebook and another, own a GTX 580 of Gigabyte model Windforce and was thinking about getting a 500W PSU real, do you think it is too much or I can get a model with fewer watts? I thank you and sorry for my English!
