I have same problem: if generation is set to "Auto" in BIOS - I have "NVidia driver has stopped responding" somethimes; if generation is set to "Gen1" - no glitch, but small bandwidth. So, setting "Link speed" to Gen2 using Setup 1.30 or using another video card will not help me? Maybe someone can confirm working EXP GDC in Gen2 and post configuration (notebook model, PSU, video card, ...)?
