No, just like me you can replace your SATA III HDD with a SATA III SSD if you like.

I have flashed the Lenovo second GPU vbios with no problems on win 8.1. Supports all drivers fine.

Hello, guys. I have a y510p and intend to try this bios mod. One question tho - does the vbios for the second 750M give a performance increase by itself or do i have to work the clocks from the bios?
