Making some progress..... According to GPU-Z the "PerfCap Reason" is due to "Limited by GPU Utilization". My GPU is in the 46-58% range. How can this be fixed?

Previously on stock bios the card would reach 1045mhz, but not stay there long and throttle way down. It was throttling down on the rev0.4.1 as well. Alright.. downloaded the OC edition v02 (SC version). It's at 928Mhz. It stays there fairly well, but still throttles down. I'm unclear as to why? It's going down to 758Mhz 55C and even down to 640Mhz with a temp of 53C and fan at 75%. The fan control is the only thing I have changed. Any thoughts? This is driving me crazy.

Little update. I had to use the win7 disk to recover. Weird... Back to finding out why WoT won't stay at the desired GPU Clock?

I ran into an issue. I tried the bios on page 1. Everything was fine. I tried playing WoT. It still wasn't running at the desired clock rate. I messed with power level 2 to change the clock rate and my computer froze. I keep getting bsod's. I've tried reflashing the card back to the stock vbios with a usb dos boot and I still get bsod's booting normal or safe mode. Any advice?

How do I know if I have an ACX or non-ACX card? Sorry for the newb question.

What about the new GTX 980 on that budget?

I'm thinking of selling my EVGA GTX Titan SC. I'm sick of the throttling while trying to play games. Looking at a GTX 980 as long as there is no throttling on the new cards. Thoughts or opinions?

I was checking out instructions on ***. It said to use the -4 -5 -6. Thanks for the tip. I'm new and trying to get rid of the throttling on my titan.

Hey all, New here. I just tried a couple bios's from OC.net and they both throttle back while playing World of Tanks just like the original bios does. I have an EVGA GTX Titan SC. Which bios should I run? Thanks
