Hi. I experimented a litlle with the keplerbiostweaker and was only able to get a lower voltage offset. A Voltage Unlock would be great. I´m using a GS70 with the 870m and am trying to get the heat problem done. Good alternative without bios tweaking is to set a lower temprature cutoff via MSI Afterburner for example. Greets, d.

As far as i know the 27" 2011 did have an MXM B card installed. Mine had an 6970m in it and as i remember, it was possible to upgrade but not with any card (must be an uefi?!). What you will loose is the bootscreen. RAM and a SSD is absolutly a must have!! Greets, d.

As I expected there has been nearly no experience with 870m. Maybe someone can answer me how the Voltage on the 880m via nvidia inspector is customizable. With is the lower end of the scale? Greets, d.
