You can buy 980M from RJTech for reasonable $710. I'm thinking about ordering one from them to upgrade my P150SM.

Wow..100C CPU temp is really bad. Prema thanx for letting me know I can use 980M without bios mod. I'm glad I decide to buy a 150SM instead of 150SM-A. I saved around £225 and now I can use that saving to buy the 980M.

RJTech is reliable. I bought a 780M heatsink form them and b'new item arrived within 10 working days.

I used to have a Alienware M17 R3 and I recently brought Clevo P150SM. Personally I think AW's build quality is bit better, but not huge margin. However you pay extra $$$ for that. In UK we always have to pay around £250+ extra compared to Clevo.

I think you need to modify your inf file. try the below link http://forum.techinferno.com/nvidia/5249-%5Bguide%5D-modding-nvidia-oem-inf-files.html

Prolimatech PK-1 is working well with bad heatsink surfaces.
