This scares the crap out of me. I'm glad I didn't opt for the 510 and went 410. I've never noticed my Y410P getting seriously hot in the slightest. Anyone reporting heat issues on theirY410p as they age (and clog up)?

Seriously? Nothing folks? I've got it for $299 and will drop it from there. We'll see what happens but I have nothing to compare it to in my home market so I'm just shooting blind. I'm seeing R3s going for $600......but....this isn't an R3.....

I will second that notion. Lenovo is now credited with the worst computer support I've ever encountered...and I did server support for Dell for 13 years! I literally spent an hour being bounced between three different 800 numbers, multiple IBM/Lenovo parts and warranty departments, everyone giving opposite information. What for? Just to try and buy a new wifi card. This is what you end up with when a company gets garbled up after an international acquisition. If i'm standing there with my wallet open and you give me nothing but grief....then your company is shit. Period. With that said....I really love my Y410P hahahahahaah! Just don't call Lenovo for anything.

What would you guys sell your M11x R1 for? It has 4gb mem, 500gb drive (sata), and the 335M card.....all bone stock. Mine has a damaged monitor hinge after a trip to Switzerland years back but is 100% functional otherwise. I don't know what to deduct for that, but it looks like hinges were a known defect in the R1, correct?

The 840Pro has worked for me as well but I haven't used it on my Lenovo yet. I have a pair in raid-0 on my desktop and I grabbed a near 5000 point score on performance mark.
