  1. Great but for ultrabay gpu , I think you use too much paste and you also over clock your gpu and raise the voltage so it will easily overheat. My y510p ultrabay GPU(Gt750m) repasted with mx-4 and run at stock clock speed&voltage(around 1.056V) still overheat but temp max at 95-96°C after 35-40 minutes heaven benchmark. So now I flash modded bios/vbios and undervolt it and run stable at around 0.962V at stock clock speed now my ultrabay GPU max at just 80°C when playing BF3 at high with vsync off for hours. (I haven't done any other mod on my Y510p. I only repasted ultrabay gpu and undervolted and also no cooling pad just use foam from notebook package to raised laptop up from flat surface.)
  2. My Y510p i7-4700mq won't run at max frequency when stress using Prime95. I have my i7 undervolted by -80mv voltage offset using XTU. Multipliers are set to 34x 33x 32x 32x for 1 2 3 and 4 active cores. But when running prime95 CPU max at 2.99GHz when it should max at 3.2GHz. XTU show 100% CPU Current Limit Throttling but cpu has only use around 32-34 Watt only while it should throttle at 47watt tdp and it also hasn't reached temp limit yet as shown in the screenshot. So can anyone tell me what's wrong with my system?
  3. Your games are probably 16bit one. From what I know 32bit-windows can run 16bit and 32bit programs and 64bit-windows can run only 32bit and 64bit programs. So you can't directly run 16bit programs on 64bit-windows. SO to run 16bit games you can use virtual machine(such as virtualbox, vmware etc.) and install 32-bit windows on it. If you computer OS is one of Windows 7 Professional, Enterprise, or Ultimate, there is Windows XP mode provided by microsoft which is 32bit WinXP running on virtual machine. As for your question about patching games to run on 64bit, I don't think it is possible except the developer of your games have update the game to run on 64bit.
  4. Lenovo Y510P Intel Core I7 4700MQ Nvidia GT750m SLI (2xGT750m) 8gb ram 1TB 5400RPM HDD Windows 8.1 update 1
  5. Modded bios 3.5 is out. Check Y410p/Y510p modded bios thread at page 95.
  6. I think the reason is the new vbios wasn't flashed on ultrabay GPU because you pull it out. So maybe try reflashing your vbios with ultrabay GPU in. My y510p run on windows 8.1 with gt750m SLI without problem here.
  7. Hi! I'm Non Come across this forum by looking for a modified Bios for y510p.
