I believe your only option is contact Lenovo and get it repaired from them. You could get programming board and flash bios chip by soldering them, but there are risk there too...

best answer is restore to ghost image if you have wisely created when you received your laptop. Or fresh install the windows.

Mine usually stayes around 65~70 while gaming... My past laptop tended to increase load temperature as time passed. Consider putting new thermal paste AND cooling pad.
