  1. the Egpu is conected all the time. stays connected during boot. Its not too bad for browsing. But the gaming doesn't change. Ill disconnect it all and see what my FPS does.
  2. HAhahaha OK so back to the saving then for a new PC. Cheers for your help. Much appreciated.
  3. Ummmmm im not 100% sure. I know that when i booted it with the switch on the EXP switched over it wouldn't run the card properly. I hit F2 while boot up and it only gave me a real basic Bios . Nothing at all related to GPU
  4. Im not sure. Im not that clued up with all this. Ill work out how to access the bios and see what i can find
  5. Yep this is the info i think your after, I didnt use GPU-z as i think the Nvidia inspector has the same information.
  6. OOOOOk so i have just bought one of these EXP GDC V6.0. I went with the express car option as i want to keep my WIFI card in place. I got the card thou Hero cloud on ali express and after over a week of back and forth and not getting the answers i needed i eventually got the car ordered and express shipped to Aus. Total time taken from order to landing was 22 days. Probably should have stuck with standard shipping. My Rig Toshiba Qosmio x500 Gaming laptop 8GB ram Cor i7 1.6ghz IGPU GTX250 EXP card Express kit. Geforce GTX 760 Thermaltake 750W Took me some stuffing around getting it to run and work. Mainly just diabling drivers, enabling drivers, rebooting and blindly mashing the keyboard untill all of a sudden. Wham. we have life. Laptop screen stays closed and the LED monitor sitting on top is alive, The card worked great. Firing on it own. and once i realized i needed more power cables plugged into the eGPU we had the lights we needed. Now when i got it first up and running all was good in the world. I had BF4 running at ultra. i had the water droplets running across the screen in the game it was awesome. Played for about 2 hours. Jumped in mine craft. the same result. heaven on earth. Shut her down and went to bed. Next evening. Long boot up. Random red screen before log on. Everything feels a second slower then it did. Windows are taking longer to load. Mine craft is not smashing blocks. and BF4 is bouncing all over the screen like the flash. My Frame rate dropped to 10FPS in BF4. The new hardline beta is running like Doom. The original. I have no idea whats going on. The card is still running. The temp is low and all looks good. I feel that maybe we are clashing for suporemacy between the cards. or something more. Now im not sure if im in the right topic here but it looks like a great place to start. i like the idea of the EXP, and there is plenty of information on how to buy one. My question is how to set this thing up properly. the supplier is next to no help at all. And there seems to be no tech support anywhere. Whats required is a step by step guide to installing, Switching on, Setting the computer to run at highest capability and maintaining the setups.
