I have a Lenovo y510p and my BIOS version was 3.5 and I just downgraded it to v2.5, I thought the BIOS back up tool worked as I thought that all I had to do was just run the bat through administrator. Hi, I am new, I recently bought a Lenovo y510p and I see that it has both intel HD 4600 and Nvidia GT 755M, does discrete Nividia mean it's the same as dedicated? and also I check on the intel site and it told me it was both intel 4600, the seller told me it doesn't matter if it says it on intel as long as it states nvidia 755m in device manager it is fine, is it suppose to be like this?

Hi, so I just recently bought a Lenovo y510p with Nvidia GT 755M (said to be dedicated) and Intel HD 4600. The seller told me that it has Optimus but when I check the BIOS it says Discrete(NVidia) and Integrated(Intel). Also when I check the Intel site and check for driver, it shows that I have 2 Intel HD 4600, Was this a scam?
