Hey, So I am running the 1.07 version bios and the BiosFixer app is currently not working for me, not sure what the issue is, no problems running the backup app, just can't get the mod tool to work. -

Yes, you should do both if you have the UltraBay version of the y510p with SLI. -
Agreed that it should work, I'm not 100% on the bezel for the UltraBay slot, and that may cause you some issues, but It definitely shouldn't have any issues with SATA restrictions.

Y510p - Intel 7260HMW AC or Qualcomm Killer Wireless-N 1202 ?

Battlefield 4 is horribly laggy no matter what wireless card or even LAN connection you use, combined with the horrible 10hz tick rate makes the game almost unplayable for most people. -
I'd throw in a vote for Skyrim, and also at least Borderlands 1 (maybe 2 if you enjoy it). But also, if you can wait until the Steam summer sale you could probably get all of the games on your list for cheap!

Have to agree with this, Loot 2.0 among the many updates including Adventure Mode has completely rekindled my interest in the game. Although there are still some balancing errors that need to be sorted out, and legendary itemization could use some work, the gameplay is incredibly fun and end-game content is actually a real thing now. It may or may not be worth the 40$ depending on who you ask, but I've definitely gotten at least 60+ hours already and have no problem with the price.

I've been using AS5 in my build for about 2 years, haven't had any problems and temps are solid. Comes off clean with isopropyl alcohol and no scratches.

I'm not sure there are any good alternatives from "lenovo" to buy, they kind of screw us over with the whitelist.
-
Mine would get incredibly hot, like 90+ celcius, but I set a temp limit with EVGA precision

So AFAIK the ultrabay flash is required?
