I've been on A13 for a while and really haven't had any issues other then the throttle, But I'm still OCed and getting a lot more out of the card when I hit the throttle

The items that are needed are the CPU, MoBo, RAM, Case. @Conker what are the reasons for a mATX vs ATX? I'm also looking at MSI 970A-G46 ATX b/c of the opportunity to SLI later on.

So it seems that I've gotten everything working, but nvidia inspector still isn't letting me edit the temperature throttle, other then that it seems like everything is working.

My little bro got a GTX 650 Ti boost 1gb as a gift, at the moment it's in his old computer but he thinks it's time for an upgrade. I want to help him build a budget computer, and for the most part we have some partst laying around so there's no need for a new HDD, Disk bay, or PSU. If i read the instructions for flashing correctly then you want the dell standard version first, then you get the unlocked version, no need to downgrade.

@Kitri, if you're still under warranty contact dell.

Well assuming that 16 gb works in the R1 it should work in the R2 right? I was also thinking of upgrading.
