No. You only flash the UltraBay GPU. Not the Internal GPU that's attached to your motherboard.

It probably wont work, just mod the bios like the rest of us There is a easy guide in the thread how to downgrade.

After flashing 2nd vga bios. The fan on the 2nd graphics card runs all the time. It didn't use to before... Any ideas?

Same here, i use a Samsung 830 Pro 512GB. On my Y510P. It boots under 6 seconds!
