I replaced my card with a intel 7260, but i want to reuse the 2230 that came with it. I tried putting it into an old acer i have but the device is unrecognized despite having the drivers installed. Whats even weirder is that the bluetooth functions just fine not the wifi. Anyone know whats going on ??

Why would you want to do that... haswell gives pretty amazing battery life. I was trying to enable it with SLI, which apparently doesn't work.

That only works when i pull the 750 sli out..... how do you select HD graphics when the 750 in. I'm not too found about having a huge hole in my laptop when i need the HD graphics

what exactly does the modified vbios add?? And is that bios image based on the new 8.1 sli fix?

I'm also interested in the msata. I have a y510 and the msata is missing....what ebay part would work with this.
