I picked up a lenovo y580 fairly recently because I wanted to play most games at medium settings fairly smoothly (gtx 660m) and it was within my budget. But never stopped looking at the alienware laptops. One thing i'd love about them is the ability to have hdmi in. Really I'd like the build quality and customer service of these machines. Just need the money

I've used several gaming headsets (x11 and x32 from turtle beach) and now currently using the u320 from sennheiser. They've all been pretty good. PIcked up the u320 from amazon for under 100.

Last few movies I watched were : Thor 2 - Along the same lines as the first. Good action movie and I'm just excited for phase 2 of marvels movies and Home Alone and Home Alone 2 - christmas classics Hopefully I'll catch up on some movies i've wanted to watch over this break (drive, hunger games, the hobbit just to name a few)

I'm waiting for watch dogs and the division. Those look like really interesting games with the division looking amazing. Two games i'm on the fence about are starbound (early released but looks like they're doing a lot of character wipes) and day-z standalone. Starbound is described as terraria in space and looks like it could be really fun i sunk a lot of hours into terraria. Day-z standalone i may wait on see if anything comes up during winter steam sales.
