I'm sure I won't, however I also have SLI and I've heard from others once you have SLI running the difference between the 4700 and 4800 is not comparable at all. I'm using this primarily for work 75% and gaming 25% plus the games i play are mainly CSGO and TF2 which the laptop is overkill for, I'm hoping the SLI will help max out skyrim with some of the mods going as well. Time will tell!

They just don't carry it. I'm sure you could buy one from 3rd party re-saler and drop it in yourself, but the price for a 90% and above for a 120hz screen will break the piggy bank :/

Surprised no one has responded. I bought the 5 year warranty through Xotic it cost me around 250 because of the sale they are having, With my previous computer I had only gotten a 1 year before and it died literally 2 days after the warranty ended (power pin broke). Xotic was nice enough to honor it even though it was 3 days late, Xotic is solid and to be honest with the 3,000 laptops you should be willing to shell out at least 10% of the laptops value for a warranty. so if yours cost 2500 = 250 warranty, 1000= 100 warranty. Thats my logic now at least.

Good to hear, I also didn't upgrade mine to 4800MQ and chose the 4700MQ since the laptop was already around 3,000, will be interesting to see what happens with this next gen.

Thanks for the response! I do 3D work primarily in photoshop and matte painting so I needed the 24gb and the upgrade only cost me 50. The upgrade for the processor is a bit more, I wonder if overclocking the 4700 might make up for that?

Does anyone know if this laptop plays 3D Blu-Rays?

I have an ASUS G53 before this bought in 2011 so this is a huge upgrade. I'm super excited I placed my order with 780M SLI and 24GB of ram, only thing I didn't upgrade was the processor I took the 4700mq we'll see how that plays out. As it says in title, I just purchased this item and wanted to know a few things: 1) If any other users have experience with the Sounds system on it? 2) Average weight of this pup for those who have SLI 3) What kind of bag will this monster fit into?
