I bet you their just going to port the PC version over to console. At least thats what it sounds like to me, They already have an HD Doom 3 available(PC), slap on a few missions and its set for retail.

The Performace is a Very nice leap over the last official driver (296.xx?). Skyrim is the only game that I know of that gets a noticable performance increase in game, for other games its what you would expect from a performance driver 1-2 extra fps here and there. In comparison to the previous beta driver (301.24) Its just a less buggy version to my knowledge.

You said the GPU usually stays in the low 60s? Is that Idle or under load? Just wondering because My R1 hardly stays under that when idle.

Dang, Thats some hefty performance, R2 is almost as strong on battery as R1 was plugged in (stock). Dang, man cant wait to get a job and nab this. Thanks for the quick overview, it looks pretty solid, Bet you could max out BF3 with that badboy

Common procedure, Theres a reason stim packs are highly addictive haha.

Just off the top of my head herre are a couple of things worth trying: 1. Do a clean driver install (uninstall driver, clean with driver sweeper, install new driver) 2. Remove the battery from m14x, then hold power button down for 5-10 seconds. (this resets the bios, It is more effective than installing new bios) 3.If you are overclocking your GPU remove the overclock. If you have a computer problem, overclocking should be the first thing to suspect. This is pretty basic stuff, So if none of it works you can probably expect a better response from a more educated member shortly.

I liked all the features in this driver But i did have severe performance hits when i switched to evga precision x, from regular precision. And for anyonwho doesnt know precision x is used to limit your max fps and overclock your GPU.

Ok, I think am fine with this, Losing interest in BF3 quite rapidly anyways.

Yea, Unreal makes a few good points, Im not sure how mass effect 3 will play out, but to me the demo seemed very out of character. And i also agree in showing as little support for EA as possible. Honestly, alot of their business practices are infuriating. I know alot of people are upset about things like Day one DLC, Minimal PC support and so on, So i will be waiting to buy the game to see if they surprise me by not being blood sucking fools. But i am still very excited to play the game whenever i feel it will be worth it, gotta get my Tali fix Some time

Im told combat has been redone to attract fast action cod fans... Of course there about 10,000 articles on the internet speculating what all they changed, but from what ive seen combat looks cool. Im kinda upset though, i wait however many years since resident evil 4 for leons return and now hes all old and stuff. Not really the spunky Rebel dude that at least i liked him for. At least from what i can tell.

The only thing i can think of that the 'vbios' update might be is a modified fan settings, if the fan it controlled by the gpu instead of CPU.
