is alienware m14x worth buying or not?

I enjoy my alienware mx14 r1 it has never given me problems...i play swtor on max settings and get 50fps no complaints here -
is this for the M14x r1 or r2?

i have a laptop cooler that helps me out its a thermaltake massive 23LX cooler does a good job

i find opening it up and blowing on it with an air can works great i do this once a month
