For my Silverstone Raven2 i use 3x AP 182 in the bottom - thoose create a good amount of airflow even if there is a 360 radiator above. At full speed they are really noisy, but i just get them to work @ 5V and its quiet enough. All other 120mm fans are Noiseblocker (older and newer, but all quiet ones).

I would suggest a update, probably 4770k. Streaming and video editing need a lot cpu power - so HT would help + increased stock performance. Although it would require a platform upgrade...

Only if i can sustain a stable 60 fps - otherwise limiting makes no sense...

This, if you dont have problems with SLI (microstuttering and so on...).

Finally a good downsampling BIOS, thnak you.
