  1. That seems like a bit of a design flaw but thanks for the tip.
  2. The high clocked ram only makes a huge difference if your using an APU
  3. SSD should always be the first upgrade its amazing the difference the make.
  4. Would be pretty difficult to do and trapping heat is never a good idea, I'd try a cooling mat or even better, a big cold metal desk. If the heat is really excessive it might be worth calling lenovo.
  5. 2x the FPS might be a bit of a push unless you keep diamonds in your wallet, I'm using a Lenovo Y410P with an i7 and Nvidia 750m, you can also stick another 750m in these bad boys if you sacrifice the cd-rom. I'm not sure you'll be able to double your FPS but it should improve considerably with two GPU's. I'm quite poor but these laptops are a bargain, only $800 and if you dont live in America bundlebox is a great service to get it sent to you. Only downside is these laptops come with an awful wi-fi card but it only cost an extra $30 to pick up the latest intel or $40 for a Bigfoot and there easy to install after a simple bios update.
  6. If you liked Tomb Raider try "Remember Me" it has a really good story and a similar linear style of play.
  7. Infinite was really pretty and the ending was soo good, I only wish I had a 4k tv and a computer that could handle it on ultra settings.
  8. I have no experience with Origin but Alienware's are beautifully built and the customer service is top notch, one of my usb's stopped working so I phoned Dell and they had a technician in my house the next day replacing my motherboard. If your concerned about the price, i'd recommend a Lenovo Y410P with an i7-4700MQ and Nvidia 750m graphics with the option of sli. They cost about $800 on the american website but can be sent worldwide using a service such as bundlebox. I'v had one for 4 months now and am still in love with it.
  9. For a laptop id recommend a good ivy bridge i5 or i7 if you can stretch your budget, a top tier i5 is better then a low tier i7 for gaming. For a desktop I'm a big fan of AMD's FX processors such as the FX-8350, lots of bang for your buck.
