Thank you. No i don't have them, it,s a pre installed alienware - so haven't seen the card itself. But because it's a Alienware(Dell) i think it's a Dell card. I will try that vbios this evening and will tell you what happens

Okay, i tried the pack from svl7 and there happend nothing - but i didn't checked if it's a CLEVO or a DELL card. Could please be so kind and tell me how i can find this out?

I just found the vBIOS pack here.

Hi I have another idea, is it possible that my powersupply can not give enough power? So i read my cpu is very power hungry. Could this be a reason?

I made another test and flashed it with the 1.125 - i saw something where i'm not sure if it is correct. Maybe you could help me while it flashes: even the old and the new product name is Wimbledon XT A81 MXM GDDR5 300c/150m 0.9V A1 Is this 0.9V the problem? cause it looks like it doesn't change the voltage?!

The funny thing is, i can run it stable on 925/1400 with my stock bios by dell. Hm is it maybe not possible to clock it higher?

Yes i tried both - the 1.125 and the 1.15 with the same results. Or is maybe TRIXX the problem and i have to overclock it on another way?

Hey guys, I have a Alienware M17xR4 with an I-7 3610QM - 8GB DDR 3 RAM - HD7970M i've tried to overclock my gpu and it worked - no error or something. The only strange thing is that i can't overclock it with TRIXX, the highest possible stats where it runs smooth it at 925/1450. But even if i flash it with the 1150 overvoltaged bios from this forum i can't get it higher. Do you have any ideas why this doesn't work well? I would be very happy if you could give me some tipps Edit: i have another strange problem - if i overclock it to ~1000/1500 or so and run the heaven benchmark - nothing happens and it works - if i run BF4 with those settings it crashs.

Thanks for your answer, i will try it! Nope MSAA is off and only Post AA is on high - but it seems like there is no diffrence in fps if i switch it off. My FPS are between 45-75 and sometimes it dropes from 70~ to 45 and thats a pretty ugly graphic lagg. My HD 7970m runs at 925/1400 pretty stable (i will try to OC it later this day - last time it didn't worked^^)

Hey, i flashed my hd 7970m with your overvolaged vbios (1150) and it seems to me that there happend nothing. Is it possibly my bios? because i can't run it stable at 950/1400 with this vbios. May my bios handle this? Thanks for your help

Hi, I'm using the Performance Mouse MX since 1,5 years and i like it a lot. You can configure it not in so much ways, but i have big hands and i like how it feels. It has the "Darkfield" sensor and you can use it on pretty much every ground.

I have a I7 3610qm and i really think it is the bottleneck - so you should think about newer cup's with 4 Ghz or more. Most new games like BF4 and most engines which will come up next year will support HT and you should look up for that with as much multicore power you can get

Hi, i have another question. I flashed the vbios of my hd 7970m and tried to overclock it, but i have the same results. I can't overclock it above 950/1400 - is it possible that the bios handles the voltage for the gpu too? Thanks

Hey guys, i have a M17xR4 and i ask myself the following: is the i7 3610qm the bottleneck of the hd7970m? It seems like it doesnt have enough power for games like bf4. Does anyone have a idea? Thanks a lot.
