Hi guys I came to this site by chance and are amazed that how you guys managed to tweak the machine. I have a lenovo y500 and I am planing to give it some extra power -
I believe your Windows 8 license is included in your laptop BIOS (which is unique) and not included in the 2.04 BIOS file which you downloaded from internet. Backing up it and applying patch can retain your license.
