  1. I have exactly the same problem on my gt60 2OD, my original bios has an extension of 50e and it is intended for AHCI operation while the RAID bios ends with a 70E having a superraid2 array with 3 ssd's i wanted to flash the 70e bios named RAID bios but found myself unable to do it with the below error message : "Unable to start a secure flash session" . the RAID bios is really important to me as when i reset my cmos data the system automatically reverts to the ahci mode rendering the RAID array useless
  2. as per the instructions you need to "spam" Ctrl + Home which in the case of the MSI GT60 laptops means Ctrl + Fn + Pgup in order to get the Home function, it would definitely be Ctrl + Home if you are using an external keyboard, however im not sure that an external usb keyboard would work for this Blind Flashing function as the Bios might have not yet initiated the USB controller (which in turn makes me wonder if the Ctrl + Fn + Pgup also works as the Fn function seem to also be bios dependent)
  3. Does this guide apply to Win8 and/or 8.1 ? it seems that some changes were introduced in win8 for ssd's management by the OS
  4. Whats really annoying with NOS, is that it sometimes kicks in with no apparent reason, draining the battery at somehow fast rates, and sometimes while running a high load on both the cpu and gpu, the system seems to have enough juice from the psu and the battery charge remains at 100%, i've noticed this on a gt60 2od with 4700mq cpu o/c with multipliers (x36 max ) and without o/c and on the 780m stock and with a mild o/c +100Mhz core /+350mem running the same set of games/apps
  5. will the unlocked bios fit the GT60 as well as the GT70 if both are 2OD ?
  6. I tested my newly acquired GT60 (4700mq and 780m gtx) repasted with IC diamond onboard a flight from Atlanta to Paris, playing Crysis3, the only thing that stopped me was food being served... Honestly i noticed no real difference in temps, it ran quite cool with cooler-boost Cpu @ 68-70 and gpu @ 75-78 which is really in line with what i experience at home with the Ac running. So cabin pressurization seems adequate.
