I wanted to share my experience with Imdisk as I did not see a post about it. I have 32gb of memory in my alienware m17x and I partition 16gb of said memory to be set as a gaming drive. This has dramatically reduced lag in almost all the games that I play. I am happy to help anyone (with enough memory) setup a drive and have it autostart (task scheduler) with windows. Please PM me with any questions. Also, does anyone else here run a ramdisk and what are your thoughts?

I have the Logitech G930 and they are amazing. I have used Razer Tiamat 7.1 and I honestly prefer my Logitech G930. There is something to be said about "quality" wireless.

I wanted to discuss member thoughts on the Acer s7 (Ivy Bridge Edition). I have recently purchased this laptop (I have 5 laptops right now) and have been using it for a few weeks now. It has good build quality, but is extremely noisy even at idle. I will say that the response time of the laptop is amazing. If anyone owns this lappy, let the discussion begin.

For me it is a welcomed change. IOS 6 was getting a little stale and I actually switched from an iphone 5 to an HTC one. I am not back on the iphone 5s because to me android is just too hard to get use to. I do like the new/revamped mail features in IOS 7 as well. I am looking forward to the new IPADs and Retina Macbook Pro's as well. I will probably get them as photography is a new hobby of mine and the retina displays compliment that.

I know that this is an older post, but there are a few things that could case this issue. I am sure that you have tried to defrag the HD. Also, if you right click on the drives in question and uncheck Allow files on this to to be indexed, that may alleviate some strain. If the HD is full, this could also cause the slow-down. PM me and I am happy to help you diagnose. One other thing, have you move your page file or system restore files to your mech drive?

This may be a silly question that has been addressed, but if I have already flashed to the Dell A12 Bios, can I reflash to the Unlocked A11 bios. I am a little new to the laptop world, but I have been building custom (Water Cooled) desktops for years. Thanks in advance.
