Can you see in Nvidia Control Panel that whether the display is connected to hd4600 or gt750m? If it is connected to gt750m I don't think it is possible to use the hd4600.

It maybe a bad disk, try to see it from partitioning tools, e.g. Minitool, EaseUs...

I just stuff it into my backpack for my 12.5 inch X230, and into the free notebook back for my 17 inch nh532.
