Man, fun times for notebook owners! The P870DM is a bit bigger than I need on a daily basis, but the P7xxDM series truly has my eye and should be great for my usage. Question I've got, I believe I saw somewhere there was a particular version coming with a 180W 980 gpu... what's the general consensus on that versus the 980m that I'm sure will be the cheaper option? Any guesses or benchmarks released yet showing that version of the 980? Or would it just make more sense to go 980m and overclock it. Thanks for any thoughts!

I'd be curious as well, anyone tried this vBIOS? Does it require modded drivers to install like the 780m version does? Also, anyone that's tried it on an MSI machine, does OpenGL still work properly? That was the reason I had to stop using Svet's vBIOS on my 780m equipped GT60.

Hey guys, was curious, tried searching but didn't come back with any results: Does anybody else have issues with the 780m vbios here breaking OpenGL support? With the factory MSI vbios, I have full OpenGL 4.4 support, but with the tech inferno vbios I lose all hardware OpenGL support and the system reverts back to the GDI software renderer with 1.1. Anybody else run into this? I have tried about 4 different drivers ranging from the latest Beta's to the last 3 WQHL's... same result for each driver. I know OpenGL isn't often used, but some of the programs I run still require it so this was a deal breaker. Thanks for any thoughts and for what svl7 provides our notebook community!

Thanks for the hard work svl7! I've been running your v2 vBIOS on my MSI GT60 780m and it's performed great so far without any issues. Thanks for what you guys do for the community. Broke 9k in graphics score with a slight overvolt in 3DMark11.
