My GTX 780 (with reference design) runs with (Undervolting) VDDC max. 0.9370 V stable. Much less noise - fan runs max. @ 46-47 %, which means almost a silent level.

No. I don't want to use an unnecessary tool. The EVGA GTX780 SC (with reference design) does this with stock speed. So does my GTX 780. If someone tells me, which values at which addresses i have to change in the oc3 bios with an hex editor, I would do it at my own.

Is there a way to get a modified bios for a evga gtx 780 sc with reference design? Say with 993 MHz GPU clock base instead of 902 MHz? I would like to have the oc3 version with 993 Mhz GPU clock base. Thanks.
