Hi all! I use truecrypt to encrypt my hard drive partitions. And bottle neck for writing data is always HDD, not CPU (which loaded by 20% max). Even in Linux with overhead caused by ntfs-3g, it's always HDD, not CPU So, my question is: does it make sense to buy more expensive CPU like i5+ for AES-NI capability? One possible bonus I see as longer life of notebook on battery. P.S. Sorry for my English.
