No,is not possible.

The Quadro Card have the Card ID not in the Vbios.

They make it with different Combination of Resistors on the Card.

You canflash the GTX 680M Vbios and the Device Manager is still showing K5000M.

But is no Different between the Power,You can use the normal Driver from Nvidia for K5000M.

My K5000M makes 8250 Points in 3Dmark11 with OC Vbios.

Dell K5000m - 80.04.33.00.05 'OCedition' rev00.zip.

I did see a thread over on the EEV blog about switching GPU PCI device IDs by changing around the resistors on the card.  However, they were most interested in going the other way (GTX -> Quadro) and I don't think they looked at any laptop form factor cards.  So it's probably doable, but you would have to figure out what resistors to move around and/or replace.  After that, I think you just have to install the correct driver.

Thread in question is here: http://www.eevblog.com/forum/chat/hacking-nvidia-cards-into-their-professional-counterparts/

One more important thing to note: even if the GPU dies are "the same", they could well be binned based on performance/defects.  So even though this sort of a mod might look good on paper, whether it works on any particular card could be a crapshoot, especially if you want to try this and then try overclocking it.
