Possible to get 880m GTX working in Sager NP9150?

Hi, I'm new here, and wandered in while working to transfer my old 880m GTX into my old NP9150, replacing the 660m GTX.

My problem is that the <gs id="6e1525df-d557-40d9-8635-c92d31b86008" ginger_software_uiphraseguid="b492f145-917e-443e-b28e-ea6d8412951e" class="GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark">Nvidia</gs> drivers don't <gs id="04b5e9ef-0695-4d31-b3f2-97d3bf193c40" ginger_software_uiphraseguid="b492f145-917e-443e-b28e-ea6d8412951e" class="GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark">recognise</gs> the card as compatible. I am thinking that I need a <gs id="f28ddc55-430c-4fca-bd46-e2e4e8ab5628" ginger_software_uiphraseguid="7b2028cd-3028-46eb-ad5a-f120e25ac493" class="GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark">modded</gs> <gs id="633f1661-dbfb-4166-a7c5-22cf2bbd3e29" ginger_software_uiphraseguid="7b2028cd-3028-46eb-ad5a-f120e25ac493" class="GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark">inf</gs> file, but am unsure if what I am attempting is even possible. Can the NP9150 handle the power and heat load properly?

Any and all help would be much appreciated. Ah, the magic of a properly worded search...

I see that this is a problem being worked upon, and have bookmarked the thread.

As I can see that the 980M GTX works in a P150EM, the heat and power should not be an issue for an 880M GTX. Please correct me if I am mistaken.

Thanks again, Steve/Teyvin
