I started using this Taobao agent in 2013 and I can't tell you how much I love it, but I can assure you that it was the only agent that I continued using throughout the last few years. Personally, I think it's great because, unlike many other large agent companies, CSSBUY is a pretty moderate sized company that provides you the best service possible. They treat customers with warmth and respect; I love them soooooo much!
