parlania
Hi, is there an option to disable my Intel HD 4600 and only use my GTX 970M? I know there is an option to enforce using the dedicated graphics card for specific applications but I want to completely disable it. When I disable it via device manager my screens turn black and I have to force shutdown my laptop. After the next boot the drivers have been installed by Windows again automatically... Thanks in advance
ghabz18
Based on what prema explained to me before. It is not possible to disable igpu and retain only dgpu because of hardware limitation (disable optimus for this case). All the video signal will only routed to igpu. So if we disable it, there will be no picture at all
artok
I search in google this possibility too for install Hackintosh with enabled dgpu only, but i know that only SLI and Crossfire notebooks used dGPU with disabled optimus/enduro.
