could GPU overclocking causes blur on monitor?

Recommended Posts

as i said in title..

i could see some blurs in my monitors..

it showed up few seconds and suddenly disapper. (and showed up again.)

i've never seen these before..

all i did was just little GPU overclocking with MSI afterburner.. (50/100)

could it be caused by overclocking?

Yes, it could be caused by overclocking..

Maybe you have to set the voltage higher..

But dont do this without any experience!

It depends on what videocard you have. Some ati are very choosy to overclock (like 5xxx\6xxx\7xxxx series) and you can spoil it with minor changes. If you have such issues on this stage - don't risk to continue. It's easier for you to change whole GPU to up your performance.
