W230SS QHD+ screen

The Clevo W230SS just got it's QHD+ screen option in production units (Samsung LTN133YI01-L01).

I'll be upgrading my W230ST to W230SS during my trip to Europe next month...

So right now I am trying to make up my own mind. Should I go with 2300x1800 pixel this time?

Thought I would share a few (sub-optimal) things I dug-up around the web.

A comparison of the W230SS FHD & QHD+ viewing angle:

But don't think you can game too well on 3200x1800!

(Though the screen scales perfectly 1/2 to 1600x900):

This is maybe interesting regarding scaling on QHD+ screen:

(Both are set to 3200x1800 pixel. First shot is @100%, second @200% scaling in Win8.1):

And this is the W230SS with QHD+ hooked-up to a 46 inch...lol:

And here the WQHD screen:

doesn't it screw up your eyes having such a high resolution on such a small screen?

Yes and no...On some legacy desktop apps it does but there are more and more apps arriving now with support for high res displays. Honestly, I love it but I understand the concern.
