Y400/Y500 Video Card Problems?

My Lenovo y400 (which i use as a casual portable comp) for the past 5 months or so has had consistent Graphics card meltdowns. I don't know whether its software (NVIDIA drivers, other incompatible drivers etc.) or an hardware error (shows code 43), but atm its just sticking at the code 43. I sent it in to lenovo, they apparently "fixed" it with no solution. Is there anything i can do that i haven't done already? Yes ive reset my computer, Yes ive fully uninstalled all NVIDIA drivers, cleared all its logs and what not and reinstalled but no solution. :c

Your information is unclear. When you say meltdowns, what do you mean? Is this just while surfing the net etc or during 3D gaming?

Is this a crash, or what pops up the error?

You never know, it may not be graphics related at all... are you monitoring your hardware temperatures at all? Get HWmonitor or something and keep an eye on your GPU and CPU temps while going through the activities, report back.
