ragingazn628
I don't think you whitelist it correctly. I get really high FPS on Ultra

Arklight
Did you check the default global settings in the Nvidia Control Panel?

Stevenxowens792
Here are two good video. Please watch them as it explains what optimus is and how to add games to the whitelist. 1. The bottom line is that you need to right click on your desktop and choose nvidia control panel. 2. On the left hand side of the nvidia screen choose MANAGE 3D SETTINGS. 3. You have 2 tabs. One says global and one says program. 4. Choose the program settings tab. 5. Choose the ADD button next to select program to customize. 6. browse to the starcraft2.exe or whatever the executable is. 7. Where it says "select the preferred graphics processor for this program" choose high performance nvidia processor. 8. Apply the update at the bottom. Should be good to go.
