Do I have to do any mods to it, I heard something about pulling the middle pin out, or not? Khenglish Posted January 18, 2014 Share Posted January 18, 2014 I think on the 240W the ID line is supposed to be high voltage for full power output, so maybe connecting it to power will get you the full 240W while still allowing the battery to charge. I'm not sure, just saying something you can look into.This is assuming the laptop doesn't need to read the ID line, which I don't think the m15x does.
