A bit more info about what gnikolaides said:

1. You can use rivatuner to limit fps to 58 or 59 (just 1 fps below max)

2. rivatuner does not work on 64bit bit version of bf4 or any 64 bit app. So make sure to use 32 bit.

3. There is no core parking in windows 8 or 8.1, only earlier versions of windows have it.

Does anyone know about a program like rivatuner for 64bit apps?

It sees to be more a problem of drivers than a default card as you have it ovecloked nicely.

You can try to underclock a little or to default and see?? Maybe the frequencies are a bit too much.

Use omega drivers but not beta as they can he problems

For all BF4 gamers.

1. Upgrade to the latest GPU drivers

2. Unpark all cores

3. Turn v-sync on but cap fps at 58 in order to prevent tearing

No stuttering. I have a W230ST playing at 1080p, high settings. You should do better cause you have more powerful rigs.

Enjoy.

No stuttering correct, what about mouse response? I notice a small lag and feel disconnected from the game. I turn off post processing anti aliasing and vsync for the best gaming experience. I play in a P170SM with a GTX780m
