vahnx Posted November 15, 2013 Share Posted November 15, 2013 I've been attempting to update my G75VW from Windows 8 to 8.1 for the past few days to no avail. I'm getting the dreaded BSOD 0xc1900101 0x40017 and then it reverts back to Windows 8. I've tried updating and uninstalling network, graphic and USB drivers before the upgrade, applied all Windows updates. I went through all 481 posts from here and tried everything they said but still no luck. Has anyone else encountered this on this specific model of laptop? I'm also on the latest BIOS (unmodded).
