Hi all, could someone help me to unlock my bios to get access to the hidden options?

My laptop is Sony Vaio VPCF23A9E.

I don't know specifically for you model, but mine (VPCEB1S1E) has an Insyde H2O bios that, if I am not mistaken, can't be modded yes since there are not leaked tools for it. I have asked this on other sites over the years but never got a working solution I'm afraid Hope someting comes out sooner or later (althou my Vaio is nor 5 years old and probably I don't need it that much anymore).
