AMI Bios Unlocking on FangBook X7-300

HI. I have been recommended to join here via for information on unlocking my Bios on my FangBook X7-300 gaming laptop.

I was told that "svl7" is the guy to see about this sort of stuff. Also got advised that I need ThrottleStop software from here too. I am a complete noob to overclocking, unlocking etc so any help would be greatly appreciated. System specs are below for any feedback.

System Properties:

Operating System -Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

Processor - Intel i7-3940xm IvyBridge

RAM - 32gb Corsair Vengeance DDR3-1600

Storage - 2 x 480gb Corsair Neutron GTX SSD

Graphics - nVIDIA GeForce GTX 680M.

I am looking to overclock myprocesor from 3ghz to 3.9ghz, I understand that it has been ran comfortably at 4.2ghz in some benchmark studies, but hence why I need the bios unlock.

TheNavigator, did you ever get your bios flashed? i also have a fangbook but the x7-100 with a 675mx and i want my bios flashed so i can oc my vid card.
