Have you tried 223?

I ran 218 for months without issue, just upgraded to 223 tonight. Guess I should go see if games work now. Maybe there is still the option to downgrade back if things are wonky.

In a situation like this, when the laptop will not even POST, it seems like an RMA might be the only way. ASUS's RMA process for laptops has always worked smooth in the past so no worries. But you just never know, it could be something as simple as the BIOS chip going bad. :dispirited:
