High idle temps?

I think the best way to tell how bad your pastes are is to load it up. Try Prime 95 small fft or Intel Burn Test 64bit if you can run it. My pastes show that 1 core is not transferring heat right. Hence the 99 Celsius compared to the 92 Celsius you see here. 3dmark20116038result925core1270memory115v75mv130tdp95tdc1497bclk374quad.jpg

those idle temps are around 37 Celsius and I normally get lower. About 26-30 Celsius with power saving in throttle stop. If you keep the C0 number for power-saving low around 10-13% it will only kick in when your not doing anything.
