NVIDIA Kepler VBIOS mods - Overclocking Editions, modified clocks, voltage tweaks

Recommended Posts

Hello

I have a Dell Quadro K5000M in a MSI GT70 Haswell MS-1763,i can install Driver mith modified INF.

In Device Manager,GPUZ and MSI Afterburner is all OK,but i can`t start 3Dmark or other Benchmarks.

It is possible to Change the Subvendor ID and delete the 135MHz Barrier that i can try to install the Driver with this ID.

Maybe this is working then.

Hi,

I have a P370SM3 with a 780m stock clocks and stock vBios. When under load (gaming) the card will regularly hit the 92-93 deg C mark then the fans will start to spin faster to cool the card down. I'm reading on this forum that the temps should stay below 80 deg. Is this still the case for a laptop? If so, is this normal behavior for stock clocks and vbios or should I investigate a repaste job or look for updated EC/mainboard bios to help with fan speed control?

Also, would the vBios linked in the first few posts help in this case?

Thanks.

Can someone please help me modify my vBios for my ASUS GTX 880M? It will not work with the other Dell/MSI/Clevo vBios ROM's since they are all 8GB, where as my card is 4GB. I'm looking for the same features, but for whatever reason Kepler Bios Editor will not do anything that can actually change the voltage or TDP at all. I'm able to do +300 on the memory out of the box and sadly, only +80 on the core. Nvidia Inspector cannot change the Vcore offset for whatever reason but it claims I have 250mV +/- to choose from.

I'm using the v7 vBios from ASUS, here is the same one I have installed currently.

Thank you.

I have a 880m 8gig, with the modded vbios from here, was wondering if anyone could give me some help with Nvidia Inspector and setting a permanent Pstate? Thank you :)

*Edit* I run with Diablo 3 for testing but i always seem to be STUCK! with Pstate 1. On Top of it I run "Steam Homeworld remastered and am STUCK! with Pstate 8 (lowest power state)

ANY HELP would be greatly appreciate! :)

Which tool is used to remove the +135MHz limit? I'm using one of the BIOS files from the first page, but it was unlocked by svl7 and he doesn't seem to frequent the forums much anymore. The problem is that I'd like to switch to UEFI for Win 10 upgrade, but my vBIOS doesn't support it. I got an UEFI supported version, but it's locked as it is stock. Thanks in advance.

I have a asus GW771JM ROG laptop with the GeForce GTX 660m Maxwell GPU . I would love to get a bit of a boost but am unsure of which vbios update will work with my machine . any help would be greatly appreciated . when I installed NVidia inspector the voltages do not seem to be locked . is this normal in the newer models and does it mean I do not need a custom vbios ? thanks for any advise in advance .

Hello

Could you also unlock the K4100M Vbios for me?

I tried Kepler Tweaker with 800MHz and 135MHz overclock with MSI Afterburner, but 3Dmark don`t use this.

GPUZ Shows 935MHz but I don`t get more Points.

Done.
