[M14x R2] - VBIOS mod for higher boost clocks - TEST VERSIONS ONLY

Recommended Posts

I installed the a10 modded bios with no problems at all. And performance is excellent. Many thanks to svl7.. i think you guys/girls must be doing something wrong. and the reason why it wont overclock as much as some are saying is because the default clock is already 950 instead of the default 750. Hope this clears a few things.. Anyway many thanks and keep up the excellent work

There's no 650m Sli... All this bios mod does it increasing the software overclocking limit, so you can go beyond +135MHz on the core when using tools like Nvidia Inspector.

Yes, and I will see that I can adjust this sometime. Too busy just now.

Hi svl7! Is it possible if you have free time to adjust my gpu voltages? dont know why drops from 1,037 to 1,012..

i noticed something: post-7546-14494994248887_thumb.jpg

if i run the nvidiainspector with windows start the p-states change earlier. If dont you can see. I think it is a long time. or it is normal? (i started windows with my settings 1130/2800)

  • 2 weeks later...

Because that link died somehow... Current version is indeed A10. That reminds me... I need to write about the way to flash the bios, so that people don't need to use the usb recovery anymore.

Yeah, if you want to go back to a proper A03 firmware then you need to use the USB recovery method. I'd say if you're on A10 then the best way is to use the modified A10. I'll post instructions for flashing the modified version without blind flashing.

When you go to the tutorial?

Because I am official A10 and I'd really like your version

Thank you!
