sinned2dth Posted November 10, 2019 Share Posted November 10, 2019 I have a M18X R2 with dual HD7970M video cards. I am trying to determine if there is an issue with the one of the AMD cards. In Windows 10 in the past I would have to disable ULPS to get the possibility to restart. If i went to one of the newer AMD drivers the laptop would boot fine but not detect the LCD screen. If I hooked up an external monitor It was working fine. I just recently installed the A14 bios from Dell. Now I get the blank LCD issue if any AMD drivers are installed. I even tried Ubuntu Linux with the same results. The internal Graphics works fine and the AMD works fine as long as no drivers are installed.
