hello! Can you help me? I have a Thinkpad x260, I want to unlock hidden advanced menu in my bios, and unlock WWAN, WLAN whitelist and the whitelist for the display. The link is as follows https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FZFdai6isM5jkzlA8gxdxRcHSC6ZjqjU/view?usp=sharing
Thankyou!

Does the BIOS need to be upgraded to the latest version?

You was changed your original display to another one, and after that you lost your brightness control?

Hi. Thinkpad x250 - I need:

1. remove wlan/wwan whitelist

2. remove screen whitelist (fix brightness control) - i'm replaced it with LQ133M1JW15

3. advanced menu

4. If its possible, fix beeping on coldboot due to missing  / mismatched checksum (after bios modding)

Hi!

1. What the laptop model?

2. Have you read the first post on this thread? It describes how to correctly prepare your bios dump.

Hi all,

I wan to remove the whilist for the wlan and wwan and also enable the advanced menu, but does somebody can tell me where is the bios chip to be read, please?  I opened the laptop but I can't find it. The laptop is Lenovo x260 (I already bought the clip and the ch341a).

Kind regards,

Daniel

Try to choice manually chip model Winbond 25Q128FV or 25Q128BV.

Also, if you meet with some problems with reading your bios chip, then try to use another software version.

I recommend you use software AsProgrammer_1.4.1

All software versions for Ch341A programmer I placed into this link:  https://files.fm/u/nkp4ztcb2
