Zotac GTX1070 MXM Broken

So...I got this GTX1070 out of a zbox EN1070. I would like to test it in a MSI GT70.

I flashed a modded (set TDP to 90W with Pascal-Tweaker) MSI BIOS 86.04.7D.00.29 on the card.

I Installed Windows 10, with UEFI Enabled, and Secure-Boot Disabled.

Card gets detected in Windows. Then I Installed modified NVIDIA Drivers.

Card shows up with "Code 43" error in Device manager. :/

Card gets detected in GPU-Z, but doesnt show VRAM-size (0MB).

What could be wrong?

Ok...I tried different VBIOS versions, different Driver versions, different sections in .inf File. Nothing....

I think Card is defect. :/

Maybe someone can give me a little hint for good VBIOS, Driver, Section combination for GTX1070 in GT70?

I maybe try Win10 installed as legacy one more time....
